If your child will be 4 before 1 September 2015
- You should put your child’s name down at any Tameside Primary School
- During October, the school will send you the information you will need to make your application.
- As with all Tameside schools, if your child attends St. Mary’s Nursery, this will not secure them a place in Reception. You will need to make a new application for a place in St. Mary’s Reception class.
- You must apply for a Primary School Reception place online through the Tameside MBC website at www.tameside.gov.uk.
- The online application facility will open for new Reception applications early November 2014.
- The closing date for Primary School applications is 15 January 2015.
- Any applications received after 15th January 2015 will be dealt with as a ‘LATE’ application and considered after those received on time.
