Year 6 held an assembly to launch the ‘Peer Mediation’ scheme, after completing their training the Year 6’s then explained in assembly how the scheme would work. Peer Mediation is a way of helping and supporting children to finding a resolution to any disagreements or conflict, the children are encouraged to explain their point of view and feelings about a situation that has arisen. The ‘Peer Mediators’ will then help the children to find a resolution that is fair for all.
