The children of F2 have loved adding some new bedding plants into our outdoor environment this week. We have been excited to see some of our plants and bulbs sprouting up too. We know the names of the different parts of the plant, the job of the roots, and what plants need to grow.
We have also made observational drawings of our growing cress on the discovery table. It has changed so much! We are conducting a new experiment to find out what will happen to cress grown in different conditions. We have put some cress seeds in a dark box, giving them water but not light, then we have put some other cress seeds in a light spot, but not given them any water. We have made predications about what will happen to them.
