The School Day:

School Session Times

It is essential that all children arrive at school on time each day. Please find the times of the school day below.

Nursery (F1)

 The Nursery children are educated during a morning session from 8.50am to 11.50am.

Reception (F2)

 The Reception children are educated from 8.50am to 11.55am and 12.55pm to 3.20pm. Their lunchbreak is 11.55am to 12.55pm.

The children are collected from their classroom door by an adult.

KS1 (Years 1 and 2)

Registration – 8.50am

Session 1 – 8.55 am to 10.20am

Break – 10.20am to 10.35am

Session 2 – 10.35am to 12.10pm

Lunch – 12.10pm to 1.10pm

Session 3 – 1.10pm – 3.20pm

KS1 children are collected from their assigned playground door by an adult.

KS2 (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6)

Registration – 8.50am

Session 1 – 9.00am to 10.45am

Break – 10.45am to 11.00am

Session 2 – 11.00am to 12.15am

Lunch – 12.15pm – 1.10pm

Session 3 – 1.10pm to 3.20 pm

KS2 children are dismissed from their assigned playground door and collected from the playground by an adult. The children must return immediately to their teacher if the adult collecting them is not present.

Total time in a typical week = 32.5 hours
