Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Care Club, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment
• Plan and deliver a variety of age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development and wellbeing
• Supervise and support a small team of playworkers, ensuring high standards of care and professionalism

The purpose of the role is to assist the children during lunchtime and to provide playground support and supervision, including basic medical care where necessary.
