Year Six have returned from an action packed few days away at the Robinwood Activity Centre, Todmordon. From start to finish the children enjoyed a variety of fun, thrilling, physically and mentally challenging activities that really pushed the children to their limits. These included braving the famous piranha pool; conquering the wobbly trapeze; working together to escape the dungeon of doom; building rafts (although not all floated); swinging from great heights; crawling through caves and zip-wiring, to name but a few. The children had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There behaviour and attitude throughout the trip was exemplary and I’m sure they have created memories that will stay with them for years to come.

Robinwood 2014
From Monday 22nd to Wednesday 24th September 27 children from year 6 attended the Robinwood activity centre. They undertook such activities as climbing, caving, giant swing, trapeze and the famous ‘Piranha Pool’.
Every child had a go at all the activities, many of them overcoming fears in order to take part. Some have even showed to have the knack for certain ones and will hopefully keep them up in the future.
the behaviour of the children was fantastic and throughout the trip numerous members of the Robinwood staff commented on the children’s listening skills; outstanding behaviour; their exceptional manners and their great attitude.
